Skincare Routine

I do promising to post my skincare routine since December to one of my blog reader and I can only making it today :( I'm so sorry~

I have oily skin with some hormonal pimples on my cheeks. I do get pimples easily when I do stressed. And back to normal soon I got disstressed. So I havent going to dermatologist to clearing up my acne all my life till now.

So, this is my morning routine :

I wash my face with Nivea Sparkling White Whitening Foam every morning as soon as I wake up & before I going to wear make up. It doesnt thighten up my face after washing it except my face felt so dry at the moment.
IF i have some pimples, I will use an acne gel before. I use Mediklin Gel which has Clindamycin Phosphate 1,2% as their main active ingredient. I do tried benzoil peroxide, salicylic acid, sulfur, and another active ingredients for acne medication but Clindamycin work best on my skin. So its kind of important to know what ingredients work best on you for curing acne.
After that I put my moisturizer sunscreen. I use Skin Aqua UV Moisture Gel Normal to Oily Skin SPF 30 PA++ that I got from Ci Stephanie (thank you so much introducing me to this :D) and definetely would repurchase soon when I run out. I did not use separate moisturizer for everyday since this sunscreen does have moisture properties on it and that method makes my face less oily on the middle of the day.
And then I put my bb cream along with another make up thingy..

After I got home, I would clean up my make up with Pixy UV Whitening Gentle Cleansing Express Two Way Bright. Then wash my face again with Nivea Sparkling White Whitening Foam.

Move on to my night routine :

Before I going to sleep, I would wash my face again with  Nivea Sparkling White Whitening Foam.
After that I use Vitacid 0,025% which is a retinoic acid. I know about this first from Jen's skincare routine video here and she says that retinoid acid is one of her ultimate ingredient when curing her acne and she always use that untill her latest skincare routine video. And I also gettin know more about this from Retinoid thread at Female Daily Forum. I would not explaining all about retinoic acid since there so many blog explain about this one.

Another Product that I used to use in special time :

I use Hada Labo Shirojyun Arbutin Milk when my skin felt so dry because of the weather.
And when I wear a double duty make up, I will add more cleansing step on my routine. I use Kose Softymo Speedy Cleansing Oil after I cleaned my face with Pixy and before I wash with Nivea.
Every twice a week or when I wanted to I would use Skinfood Black Sugar Mask Wash Off as a srub & mask. I love this. Makes my skin feel so smooth afterward.

Some capture of ingredient of the products that I use :

Thats all skin caring routine that I do everyday. I keep it as simple as I can. And get you to know my skincare routine is got inspired by Jen Frmheadtotoe skincare routine. And surprisingly it do work nicely on skin though my skin is still not that good and need curing my deep acne scars on my cheek.

This is my current skin condition. Sorry if the photo size & quality is not same as the usual because I just take it with my phone camera in order to minimize the shakyness.

As I said I still have some acne scars that I need to fixed and also some pimples here and there. But this a lot better than my past condition.
Don't feel depressed because of what your face look like. And keep trying for the best.
Have a good day :)

Inez Colour Contour Blush with Brush in Lady Inez

I'm back again with some review because I have nothing to do right now~
Wish I can posting as often like this.

I had saying this before that I have been Fall Trend make up lately. I am kinda bored with peachy or pink colored blush and want some newer shade that I was never thought I would dare to wear blush with those kind of colour.

Yes, Fall Trend is identical with purplish, dark warm rosy, dusty, mauve, or raisin colour.
And this is my first time seeing a local blush that has a bold colour instead just of peach or pink that everybody would choose.

So this is blush from Inez called Lady Inez. You would not get this brand in department store or drugstore. You must going to cosmetic store like Pasar Baru or ITC to find this brand.

Inez Colour Contour Plus Blusher with Brush
shade Lady Inez
Price : 37.500

They came with a box which is pretty good for me. The downside is the did not seal their  packaging so we would have no idea wether the one we purchased had been tested by someone, right?
I hope they would  improve their quality here.

Ingredients list

I don't like the design though.. It's look so oldish and nothing attractive.
Its contain pretty much amount of product since almost blush from another brand just have about 3-4grams.

You can check the expired date eventhough you've lost the box.

Pretty big packaging. It was sturdy enough to carrying around when traveling, but I choose to not bringin it when traveling because the blush itself is got cracked easily.

It came with a brush as it saying.

Move on into the colour. I can say that this one has a kind of unique colour since it would look like a dark rosy colour as it touch your skin, but sometimes it would look dark purplish on the pan. I am not really good describing colour but you can see yourself from the swatch above. I tried my best to get the closest swatch as the actual colour. Because picture can tell everything for describing a colour.

Besides the pretty colour, I really hate the texture of this blush. It was so messy and powdery. It looks like a pressed talc if I can say. Oh, and it has a slight scent too. I scent like an old products (do you know what I mean? okay thats not problem if you don't).
The staying power is pretty good. It still looking good after 4 hours in my skin.

So that was it.. Let me know your opinion about this one if you have tried or if you plan to get this in the future or if you got into fall make up trend like me now.
I do really hope this review helpful besides my lack reviewing skill.
I would try my best in the future.
Smile and have a good day everyone :)

Silky Girl Blush Hour in 03 Flashing Rose

Hello there!
Have you heard about Silky Girl before?
This brand became so famous recently in Indonesia because of their newest brand ambassador, Gita Gutawa. And she appears on some girls magazine ads for this brand.

Silky Girl Blush Hour in Flashing Rose
Price : Rp. 39.500 / $4-$5

I purchased this blush for about 4 month ago so I guess it was pretty enough to reviewing this since I use this almost 3 days every week.

They also have another shade for this Blushing Hour range.

Mine is in shade no. 3 Flashing Rose

This is what the packaging looks like.

Its made in Thailand but this is Malaysian's brand actually.

The size itself not that big. Compact & sturdy enough to carry on your makeup bag.

It also came with a brush. I do using the brush because it pretty soft & dense for my liking.

Move on into the blush. The color is soft baby pink. I guess it look similar with ELF shy blush.
I found this blush is good for a beginner as it was fool proof. As you can see the pigmentation was really sheer. You need to build up the colour so it would showed up.
And the texture is kind of chalky which is not my favourite. If you above NC30 you need to working hard to build this blush till you can see the colour on your cheeks.
For the lasting power, I can say its pretty good. I can see the blush stay nicely on my cheeks after 5 hours in a air conditioned room.

Honestly I would not purchase another shade from this range because I am just disappointed with the colour payoff and the texture of this blush. There are so much local blush that has a same price with much better quality.
